Equipped with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds that can be joined together if necessary. The roof is made of insulated wood, which in addition to making the house perfectly insulated, together with the aged parquet creates a warm and vintage atmosphere at the same time. The living room-kitchen has a splendid kitchenette. Equipped with a large terrace overlooking the sea.

Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
