Set on a 4000m2 block on the edge of Toowoomba in a quiet street with amazing views to the West which can be viewed off the wrap around deck and veranda. I do have an additional house in Middle Ridge that sleeps 12, it may work better for you or for large groups you could book both houses. Dive into the serenity of this unique, off-grid tiny cabin. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, reset and take a breath. It’s a rustic gem, built from repurposed materials, saved from landfill. It’s not sleek, modern or perfect but built with love and a desire to share our off-grid lifestyle and simple farm life. We have the most amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating, outdoor wood fired bath, to soak up nature, the stars and spend time with your loved one. Of course there are cows with long horns too.

Edwin Cottage - Early 1900s Character Home

Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly positioned within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Charming quiet Toowoomba Studio with views

Close to all of your Toowoomba events, this quiet, spacious, studio is amongst nature on the Toowoomba escarpment. It has beautiful views of the Lockyer Valley and distant mountain ranges. It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the countryside, or talk to the farm animals and wander around our property spotting birds, wallabies and maybe an echidna! Only 15 minutes to Toowoomba, but far enough away to see every star in the night sky. Recharge while you read a book in bed and watch the cows graze just outside your window, then enjoy drinks and a bbq on the deck later on while you watch the sunset. The kids will love it too!

We run sheep and cattle on our property and have a sheep dog called Shred.

Bellbrae Cottage is situated only 15 minutes from Toowoomba. The cottage located at the end of a Jacaranda lined driveway with sweeping country views and is only 12 minutes from The Ridge Shopping Centre, Preston Peak and Gabbinbar Wedding venues. We have and acre of garden for you to enjoy and are happy to have your dog staying after consultation with us. Alexandra and Peter are here to make your visit a perfect country escape.
