Ci troviamo all’interno di una meravigliosa villa anni 60, ristrutturata e divisa in appartamenti. L’ampissimo spazio si trova al piano terra: è composto da soggiorno con cucina, due camere da letto matrimoniali, una camera tripla (matrimoniale + singolo in spazio annesso) e tre grandi bagni. Patio esterno con tavolo da pranzo e giardino recintato. Ideale per gruppi e famiglie. Ci troviamo in una bellissima area residenziale molto verde, composta da ville in sequenza ognuna con il proprio parco.

Benvenuti a Montevento! La porzione di casa in affitto fa parte di un antico casale in sasso risalente al 1600. Luogo perfetto per immergersi nella natura, ci troviamo a 700 mt s.l.m. , ai margini di un castagneto secolare e del bosco. E' possibile godersi varie passeggiate tra cui il sentiero CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola passante davanti alla casa. Raggiungibile solo attraverso mezzi privati, dista 45km da Bologna, 48km da Modena e 100km da Firenze. La strada di accesso al casale è asfaltata.

We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency. A due passi il Parco di Monte Sole e nelle vicinanze la Rocchetta Mattei e i monti del Corno alle Scale La cucina è completa con stoviglie e tegami, microonde e macchina del caffè, con a vostra disposizione caffè, orzo, camomilla e te, qualche brioches, acqua gasata e naturale e latte.

Melograno's House is located in the center of Bologna, inside the historic building that was once home to Giosuè Carducci, in a charming setting perfectly integrated into the city center. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a large bedroom with a king-size bed, two single beds in the spacious living room, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with access to a small courtyard, and a small study with very strong Wi-Fi. Ideal for families or groups of friends!

Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". La Frasca casa vacanza

Monolocale con angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno e lavanderia. Completamente indipendente si trova in un borgo del 1400 ristrutturato, nell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, località Marzabotto-Luminasio. Il borgo dista 2 kmq (in salita)da Marzabotto e circa 20 kmq da Bologna. Marzabotto è raggiungibile da Bologna con treno o bus. Ma per arrivare al borgo bisogna avere la macchina perché non ci sono mezzi pubblici che da Marzabotto portano a Luminasio.
