You’ll find bars, pubs, restaurants, delis and antique/homeware shops on the doorstep, and Petworth House and park (a National Trust property) is 2-mins away.

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

The cottage is newly renovated with many of it's beautiful original features restored. Compact and cosy, Hazelnut Corner offers one double bedroom, one single room, modern shower room, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Outside is a small private patio area

The accommodation contains a double bed, bathroom with shower, free WiFi, TV and continental, in the room, breakfast. Wake up to stunning views from the accommodation overlooking the rolling hills of the Shimmings Valley! Although our bar and garden areas are dog friendly unfortunately we do not permit pets in the accommodation.
