The Old Barn, Buxton - A Dream Come True
It's rare to find a place that's both historic and modern. It has been my dream to renovate the unique and private barn at our Grade 2 family home and finally it has happened! I would love to share it with you. Ours is one of the oldest houses in Buxton dating back to the seventeenth century and was once a coaching stop on the medieval road to London. It is now a boutique property set near the common, ideally situated to explore the Peak District yet just a short walk into the town centre.

Nestled amongst the boulders in 5 acres at the top of Eagle Tor this beautifully hand crafted cabin is the ultimate romantic getaway. Relax and get back to nature in the gorgeous wood fired hot tub set on a boulder looking out across the valley, followed by an outdoor shower nestled amongst the rocks. In the cabin soak up the gorgeous 180 degree views from your cosy bed, not to mention the glass roof for star gazing! A covered outdoor kitchen/eating area and a firepit to toast marshmallows.

Delightful Studio House-superb location!
Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

Dog & Cycle friendly house with enclosed garden
Located 3 miles from the town centre of Buxton our comfortable house has lovely views, is perfectly placed for all things Peak District, be it walking, or cycling. There's a a lovely bookstore café at the end of the road & the local pub The Parks Inn is a mile walk away. The house is a short drive into Buxton town centre for shops, bars, theatre & cinema or a little further to Bakewell. our pet friendly house has an enclosed garden & lockable bike shed with bike / dog washing facilities.

Bay Tree House is a spacious and comfortable holiday home with a contemporary feel, the perfect place to explore the beautiful Peak District! In a quiet, rural village, close to the Spa town of Buxton and its great selection of pubs, restaurants and independent shops. Perfectly located near many beauty spots including Chatsworth House, Mam Tor and the Monsal Trail (a fave with cyclists). Bay Tree House has an open plan living and dining space, perfect for small groups and families.

Self-contained studio in amazing rural location
This comfortable studio with amazing views, lots of outdoor space, walks from the doorstep and pubs with good food nearby is perfect for couples looking to re-charge their batteries in a rural location. It has a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, White Company linen, underfloor heating with independent controls, it's own combi-bolier for hot water, tv and wi-fi. It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.

A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Spacious Victorian ground floor apartment located within 5 minutes walk of Buxton town centre, Buxton Opera House and numerous bars, coffee shops & restaurants. The apartments comfortably sleeps up to 3 and has a period bathroom with a shower. 6ft superking leather bed, kitchen, large lounge, dining area, Wifi, TV and off road parking directly outside the front door. If the second bedroom is required, please book for 3 guests as this covers the additional cleaning costs.

Street parking (free) (no permits) (no yellow lines ) Well behaved dogs (max 2 ) welcome to (pet fee applies ) We have a brand new larger flat upstairs called Cannons Loft it’s in the same building, sleeps up to 5 people, perfect if 2 families want to holiday together.
