The property is a 5 minute walk into Buxton's historic town and the iconic Crescent Hotel. Parking is available directly outside the property or there is plenty of free on street parking or a big car park 20m walk away (there is a residents pass for this car park). The renovated cottage has Netflix,Wi-Fi and a private outdoor area with BBQ to enjoy the fresh air.

There is parking in front of the property and plenty of accessible on road parking to the rear. We operate a simple self check in system where the guest will be given a key code to access the property.

If the second bedroom is required, please book for 3 guests as this covers the additional cleaning costs.

Brooklands is situated 5 minutes walk from the Pavillion Gardens and a pleasant 10 minute walk from the town centre, along the Victorian Broadwalk. Buxton Spa Town offers a fantastic base for exploring the Peak District, with it's surrounding villages and attractions.

The top floor is exclusively yours. 2 double bedrooms. An extra travel cot and z bed are available if you bring your own bedding. Spacious living room and bathroom. There's a table and chairs ideal for breakfast, jigsaws, work, Monopoly or whatever.
