Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 15-Oct 1) & hot tub. Queen bed, 32” Roku TV in bedroom, loveseat & bistro table for 2, 24” Roku TV in living room/kitchen. Full size stack Whirlpool washer/dryer. WiFi. Pool pass in summer. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious home. The house includes a full, well equipped kitchen, large living space with tons of natural light looking out at the water. Smart tvs, screened-in porch and brand new hot tub installed in 2024. Screened in porch with table for outdoor dining.
