We are located in the heart of Uffculme, a pretty village with a pub, a café, fish and chip bar and two local shops. The area is great for dog walking, hiking, fishing and cycling with the river Culm close by. Uffculme is close to M5 junction 27 and mid distance between Exeter and Taunton with a nearby rail link at Tiverton Parkway.

The room has a separate entrance and is entirely self contained with en suite bathroom ( electric shower, basin WC) Breakfast is NOT provided but there is an alcove with kettle, toaster, microwave oven & fridge plus cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. Tea and coffee provided. Wi Fi available. Hair dryer provided. Iron and ironing board available for use if requested in advance.
The hut caters for two, with a double bed and storage. A kitchenette area has a small fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle. Tea and coffee is provided for you. There are stools provided and a little table. There is a self-contained shower and toilet. Towels provided. You have a private Garden plus the orchard if you want to stretch out. Make sure you say hello to the dairy cows, the bees and ducks. The hut comes with shared parking in the gated drive and its own entrance to the rear of the hut.
The hut is set in its own little garden with fruit trees, a picnic table and access to barbecue, sun loungers and a hammock (in the summer, anyway). The loo is in the little blue hut, along with basic washing facilities, but you are welcome to use the shower and toilet in our house. There is a small wood burning stove, a double bed and sofa/seating area in the hut. Tea/coffee and various condiments are available and obviously if you need anything else, just ask. Wifi is okay.

We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.
The Farmhouse is set on a quiet farm with sheep, pigs, poultry, and lots of wildlife. It is divided in to two dwellings, situated on the border of Devon and Somerset between the Blackdown Hills, the Quantocks, and Exmoor National Park. It has a fantastic garden with an orchard and on local walks you sometimes see red deer and foxes along with migrant birds and birds of prey. This is the perfect base for exploring the delights of Somerset and Devon with the nearest beach only 38 minutes away.

Our beautiful bespoke, shepherds hut MooBell's (sorry named by our children) will be welcoming guests from April 2020. Our hut is brand new and offers guests a little bit of luxury whilst importantly still maintaining that all important, at one with nature camping feel which is so very important to us. In addition we have a woodfired hot tub to enjoy the sunsets an sunrises and we can even supply a bottle of Devon bubbly should you require.
Set at the top of the house with its own staircase the accommodation comprises two interconnected rooms. The large room is very spacious and contains a desk for convenience of work.The space is light and airy but cozy. Guests will have access to the kitchen upon request, and the downstairs shower room, and the garden in the summer months. There is a small fridge in the accommodation with fresh milk for complementary tea and coffee. There are also a few drinks and snacks in there to be purchased.

The Roost is a recently-built self-contained loft with secure garage underneath, bordering pasture farmland. This peaceful small hamlet is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with no street lighting and stunning views across the Culm Valley. There are country walks from your door, with pubs nearby. Dogs are welcome, but remembering that sheep and cows need to live in peace in the field right next door.
