Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Die alte Stube, historische Betten und Leuchten, 2 Holzöfen, eine alte Veranda mit Essplatz, Parkettböden und ein großer Garten mit alten Obstbäumen machen einen Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Lehmverputzte Innenwände, Fußboden- und Wandheizung sowie überdachte PKW-Stellplätze bieten dazu den entsprechenden Komfort. The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating as well as a TV. A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available.

Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im OG ist für 4 Personen geeignet. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, das Cheminee im Wohnbereich kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 6 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von dem angrenzenden Balkon gibt es einen traumhaften Blick nach Süden in die Berge.
