Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

"This is a hidden place in Paradise!", according to one of our guests. Excellent living for nature lovers, only 12 minutes drive to touristic resorts Bastad and Torekov. Golfers reach four beautiful courses ten minutes away. If we are at home, we will serve you a full organic breakfast at a small charge.

Något som sticker ut är den stora uteplatsen med möjlighet att sitta i tre olika väderstreck. En stor gräsmatta lockar till lek och spel. Cykelväg finns runt hörnet och via den kommer man norrut till Mölle, Kullaberg och Krapprup. Söderut når man Höganäs. Är man intresserad av fiske finns goda möjligheter att fiska från stranden. Lägenheten är en avdelad biyta i en större villa. Det är egen ingång och altandörr mot trädgård. Badrummet har toa, handfat, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
