We have renovated the rooms in 2020, the bathroom in 2023. It is a modern but retro apartment with old and new stuff - I like colours, cosiness and functionality. The house itself is a socialist gem, built in the early Stalin regime when the government hadn't yet come up with the idea of small flats :) We do a thorough, antibacterial full cleaning before you come (and after you leave).
