Cosy Bedroom in Queen's Park

My husband Jim and I live in this large Victorian villa, we have 4 bedrooms and a kitchen with breakfast room plus 3 reception rooms. The room is a double bedroom overlooking the private walled garden, it has a flat screen TV. There is a large private bathroom with a roll top bath and a shower. The bedroom and bathroom is situated on a separate floor so is very private. There is also a twin room which we let, only to family or friends because there is only the one bathroom for both bedrooms. Slippers and dressing gowns are in the bedroom. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room. Guest are given a key to our house, so you can come and go when you want My husband and I are used to having guests as we have run a B&B for quite a few years. Queen's Park is very fashionable, with a great range of boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants a few minutes away. The park itself offers tennis courts, mini golf, a zoo and a playground. The tube station is minutes away from the house and it's only 10 minutes to town. The Bakeloo goes to Paddington, Baker Street, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly and Charing Cross. There is an overland that goes to Euston in 9 minutes. Brondesbury station goes to the east, Hampstead Heath and the Olympic village and west, to Kew Gardens and Richmond. We have buses which go everywhere. We have a very good farmers market on a Sunday morning selling organic and local products. Portobello market in Notting Hill with it's excellent shops, market and cafes is also walking distance.

Cosy West End room by tube, Superhost, fast wifi

Comfortable, spacious room with king size bed in Covent Garden apartment (81 stairs up, no lift) with shared living room, bathroom and well-equipped kitchen and fast wifi. Friends describe the decor as shabby, cosy, warm and welcoming. Bang in the centre of Theatreland, just beside Soho, Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, it's a minute to the Piccadilly and Northern tube-lines. Evenings can be a bit noisy from street socialising and early morning when lorries deliver to restaurants.

Belgravia Townhouse near Buckingham Palace

The house is in a charming, quiet, cobbled mews behind Buckingham Palace in exclusive Belgravia with its grand squares, Royal parks, fine hotels, embassies, elegant fashion and decoration shops, cosy cafes, local pubs and 5 star restaurants and Harrods. A few steps away within the mews is Tom Aikins acclaimed Michelin restaurant Muse and our friendly and much loved local pub The Horse and Groom. Victoria train/underground station and Hyde Park Corner tube station are a 10 min walk away.
