Occupies an internal block with on-site off-street car parking. This re-built cottage was featured on Grand Designs Australia and can be viewed on their web page as the 'Battery Point Glass House'. A short stroll to Hobart & the North Hobart Strip with 70 eateries. Rose Cottage is a sunny modern townhouse + discreet garden + level access.
