Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..

Away from the Touristy area, but convenient enough to drive there. Has its own parking space with private entry with a small deck. Nice and quiet area. 30 min drive to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, 15 min drive to Carolina Beach area.
