Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Our apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet road with the sea at one end and the town at the other. Leave the car on the drive and within a 5 minute walk you can be paddling in the sea, eating ice cream, sipping a coffee, dining on the sea front, surfing in Viking Bay, browsing the shops and markets, watching a film at the Palace Cinema or enjoying live music with a beer. This clean, comfortable and brilliantly situated apartment is the perfect place to enjoy Broadstairs and beyond!

This is a separate studio space attached to the main house with a bathroom, full TV services and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. It's a 20 minute walk to the centre of Broadstairs to enjoy the many pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as some interesting shops and a lovely cinema. For some relaxing beach time head to Viking or Stone Bay. Margate and Ramsgate are a short distance away. A perfect base to explore the Thanet coast!

Draycot is a beautiful Victorian bungalow situated in the heart of Cliftonville. The Front of House is a large, sunny room with wooden shutters to the front bay and 2 side windows. A quirky, peaceful space for 1/2 people with a luxury SUPER KINGSIZE BED (6' x 6'6"). Tea/coffee/milk & toiletries are provided in the room. We're near Walpole Bay Beach & Tidal Pool, Shops & Old Town, Theatres, Eateries, Bars, Parks & The Viking Trail.
