After a two year endeavor hand building, with love and passion, this unique cottage up in the trees, I am thrilled to welcome you to a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The idea was to create an experience of being up in the trees and close to nature. Building a space small enough that it immediately becomes your own yet comfortably spacious, open and filled with light. Come enjoy the best of downtown Brevard. This cute 1920's cottage is 2 blocks from Main Street & 5 blocks from the Lumbar Arts District - great restaurants, shopping, and community events. Stroll to dinner in 5 minutes on foot. The house is situated on a big lot with an enjoyable backyard. After a good day on your bike or hiking, enjoy the evening grilling under the lights or relaxing by the fire pit. From Brevard you can easily access Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest or Asheville!

From the Hart Farm: Pisgah Room (Room #1 of 2)

My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!

Enjoy the Ride Tiny House offers a simple affordable solution for a single person or cozy couple visiting Brevard. It has 1 twin size bed. Your welcome to set up a tent outside if you need room for more. It's located 3 miles south from Down Town. 10 min from either DuPont or Pisgah. Its just outside of city limits and has a stocked outdoor fire pit on site. Relax by the camp fire and roast marshmallows. You can stay in, have pizza delivered Or bring something to cook on the charcoal grill.

Brevard barn guesthouse near downtown

A former barn turned massage studio turned guesthouse this space has seen many different uses. This spot will make a great base camp for your adventures in Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Park. The kitchen has a fully functioning gas range and oven and an apartment size refrigerator. Plenty of room to make meals if you would rather stay in instead of going out to eat. There is a ramp to the front door so you can wheel your mountain bikes right in for the night if you would like.

This cabin is 1 of 2 on our property. This is the closest rental property to Dupont State Park at only a quarter of a mile from the entrance. Offering its own private Hot-Tub, sauna, and fire pit along a creak, this property is one of a kind! Our cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Brevard and 20 minutes from downtown Hendersonville which both offer lots of local shops and dinning. Our cabin offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect place for anyone that loves the outdoors!!
