Enjoy the large pergola with comfy seating for nighttime relaxation or dining. The house offers a living room, kitchenette (NO STOVE) and spacious bathroom. The second floor is a large LOFT with a dividing wall separating the two sleeping areas. There are 13 steps to the second floor. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY!

Enjoy family time at the lake and relax in this peaceful cottage that is walking distance to the community beach with a sand volleyball court, basketball court, picnic and playground area. If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..

The Peete House and Garden- Entire House

Welcome to the Peete House, a 1911, 4700 sq. ft. neoclassical home in downtown Warrenton. Two blocks from restaurants, bars, the library, antique stores and more. Architectural and gardening interests flourish here. Come explore the large koi pond, two acre garden, and the additional two antebellum houses that reside on property. This home is unique in that it can host a family with 5 bedrooms; 3 are King Suites. Small parties are possible for an additional fee.

The Hawk's Nest (Pets welcome, no fee)

This house is surrounded by growth. High trees provide shade while grilling out and the wooded lot gives a feeling of being somewhere much more remote. There are exactly seventy stairs to the water. The dock provides a great place to relax and eat and drink. The water off the dock is 7ft deep, so jump right in. It is possible to tie a boat up to the outside of the dock so feel free to bring your own or rent one from the nearby Marina.
