In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Two-storey house in the center of Marmaris. The house offers a beautiful view of a small city park. The sea can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Near the house there are all resort amenities: shops, restaurants, cafes and public transport and taxi stops. On the ground floor of the house there is a mini-garden, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a toilet, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms with panoramic windows and a sitting area on the balcony, as well as a shower and toilet.

The house is located in the historical part of Marmaris. It is located in the old town near to the Castle of Marmaris and the Archeological Museum of Marmaris. It has the best sea view where you can appreciate your holiday. Bars, restaurants, and Marina are very close to our house approximately 3-4 minutes by walking. As our house is located in the old town of Marmaris the cars are not allowed to enter. However, there are parking slots near by.

This Cozy 2+1 is located in center of Marmaris. In the house there are all you need. Coffee machine, teapot, microvawe oven, WM, dishwasher, two TV sets etc. All the rooms has air conditioner. Apartment located on the seaside. There is public beach across the street. On the mainroad 15 minutes parking is free. You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.
