Magical, grade II listed 18th century traditional Lakeland cottage set within 5 acres of woodlands, leading directly to 2 private beaches on Lake Windermere. Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

Balcony from lounge with BBQ and alfresco dining. Two upstairs bedrooms with King Size beds and own ensuite bathrooms. Two downstairs bedrooms with Superking beds which can be twin on request. One with ensuite bathroom and the other a bathroom just across the hall. Lots of private parking space outside the house.

Lodge on Lake Windermere

Situated right on Lake Windermere, our lodge is a wonderful place to unwind and relax while watching the magnificent views of the hills and fells across the lake. Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.

The Sett, a Stunning Shepherd’s Hut & Hot Tub

Tucked away in a quiet woodland clearing on our picturesque Cumbrian Farm, this luxury shepherd's hut offers a tranquil escape into nature. The Sett, one of four huts on the site, combines rustic charm with modern amenities. The cosy interior features plush bedding, a well-equipped kitchen, and an elegant en-suite bathroom. Large windows frame stunning views over meadows and hedgerows towards Farleton Knott. This countryside retreat promises peace and comfort in a romantic rural setting.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The Courtyard - With private Hot Tub

The Courtyard is a fabulous apartment which covers two floors, the ground floor and the basement and has recently been redecorated throughout. Offering you the bonus of a traditional courtyard and hottub to enjoy at the end of the day. Located in the heart of Bowness on Windermere, only moments from the lake shore and the amenities of this popular Lake District village. Please note that the hot tub can only be used between 8am and 9pm to comply with neighbourhood restrictions.

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 6 minute walk away.

Upper Crumble with hot tub

Upper Crumble a romantic retreat for two set in an idyllic rural location with beautiful views. It has its own Hot Tub in a private courtyard. Perfectly located to access The Lakes and the medieval village of Cartmel. Cosy log stove, Wifi and private car park. Our large private gardens can be viewed 4-6pm summer time or by arrangement and a map is left in the cottage. Have a look at the photos in the Back Garden Section of these areas.

Stunning cottage Grade 2 parking Hot Tub + Bath

Stable Cottage is a first-floor apartment above a converted grade II listed stable block situated in a superb location with the village of Bowness and The Lake just a short walk away. The property has a Hot Tub. Parking is free of charge. The cottage is self contained and has all the cooking utensils you will need to make a lovely meal in the fabulous kitchen. Small dogs are welcome we do ask that they don't go on any of the furniture.
