The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

Surrounded by 100 acres of nature reserve, home to many rare species, a nature lovers paradise. There are some great pubs nearby, Exeter is 20 minutes, 10 miles to the sea and close to Dartmoor, Ashburton and Newton Abbot. Heated by a woodburner. Very cosy. I'm afraid we don't take children under 13.
