The Green Pavilion has free WiFi, 1 large flat screen, fully equipped kitchen with Nexpresso machine, a shower room. Guests can relax on their private terrace, enjoy unique and stunning view on meadows.

Welcome in The Mayor Guesthouse! The room is situated on the 3rd & private floor (so not a private apartment). Big room with private bathroom in the city centre of Leuven. Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! Wij bieden u een appartement aan op grondgebied van Heverlee. Kijk je door de grote ramen heb je uitzicht op Kessel-lo en park Belle-Vue, naar links wandel je vrolijk Leuven binnen. Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

Ons guesthouse (bnb Wuytens) is een luxueuze verblijfplaats met toegang tot een verwarmd buitenzwembad en sauna. De guesthouse bevindt zich in onze tuin en is volledig privé. De tuin en het zwembad worden gedeeld met de bewoners. Het is ruim met een grote eettafel en volledig ingerichte keuken. De ligging is centraal tussen Leuven en Tienen (beiden vlot bereikbaar met trein, bus of fiets) in een groene omgeving (Meerdaalwoud en Butselbos) voor wandelaars, fietsers en mountainbikers.

The house is located in a park along a creek. If you love nature and silence, this is an ideal place to be. There are several walking, cycling, mountainbike and horsriding possibility's. Just outside the park you can rent horses or rent a stable for your private horse. If you like to see some culture, apart from the park with a small castle, old bakery oven, ice cellar, ponds etc, You can visit Leuven, Mechelen, Brussels or the several small rural villages in the neighborhood.

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.
