The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

This cottage has been obtained by the makeover of an old barn in an farm just in front of the beautiful river Temo. It is part of an enchanting estate located at about 1km from Bosa town centre, easily reachable cycling or walking. Ideal accommodation for families with kids.
