Casa AMBRA - Old Town - IUN R1864

Spaziosa ed elegante, in edificio del '700, recentemente ristrutturato, all’entrata del centro storico. Al terzo piano della palazzina (senza ascensore) su due livelli: soggiorno con divano-letto, cucina, camera matrimoniale e bagno al primo , camera matrimoniale e bagno al secondo. I muri, con la caratteristica pietra a vista, originali, pavimenti “anticati”; il design degli arredi è attuale. A 5 minuti il mercato, parcheggio pubblico a 300/350 metri, bus per aeroporto e spiagge a 200 metri.

The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. The property features a private garden with a swimming pool and an enchanting courtyard with an outdoor dining table

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Casa Ninfa centralissima

Delizioso bilocale completo, di recente ristrutturazione, in posizione centralissima in pieno centro storico, a due passi dal meraviglioso lungomare di Alghero affacciato sul mare aperto con vista sul magnifico promontorio di Capo Caccia. L'appartamento è stato ultimato, arredato completamente e dotato di tutti i servizi essenziali, poco prima dell' Agosto 2023.

The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

This cottage has been obtained by the makeover of an old barn in an farm just in front of the beautiful river Temo. It is part of an enchanting estate located at about 1km from Bosa town centre, easily reachable cycling or walking. Ideal accommodation for families with kids.
