Situated in an tranquil hamlet in the lea of Butser Hill, nestled in and amazing view of the South Downs National park a stones throw from Petersfeild. There’re beautiful walks in the surrounding area whilst being very accessible to the A3/train going up to London and Portsmouth. Should you be walking the South Downs way, there is a beautiful walk off the top of Butser Hill. We can also help with supermarket deliveries. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow for 5min cycle to nearest shop.

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

The Good Shepherd Hut with wood-fired hot tub

The Good Shepherd Hut is nestled in its own private paddock, in the South Downs National Park, in rural Hampshire. The oakcrafted design ensures a luxurious stay with a comfy double bed, free WiFi, underfloor heating, a log burner, sofa, kitchenette and ensuite. Outside is a fire pit BBQ, picnic table and wood-fired hot tub. A breakfast hamper, toiletries, robes and slippers are included. Relax and unwind as you soak in the hot tub, admiring the sunsets, views and clear starry skies.

A spacious cosy cottage nestled into the foothills of Steep hangars with stunning views from the fields and woodland around the cottage. The main living area is a light and airy space on one floor with underfloor heating throughout. Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds. Fold up bed and cot also available. Local pub is a five minute walk up quiet country lane. There is a small safely enclosed back terrace and front garden.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

The Pool House: Contemporary country escape

Enjoy a relaxing time in the heart of the South Downs. Have a dip in the pool to cool off or warm up in the hot tub. Consisting of 2 king size beds, double sofa bed, open plan kitchen, dining room and living space. Open up the bi fold doors onto a large patio area with bbq, pizza oven and eating area. Situated 1 mile from the market town of Petersfield. Country walks on the doorstep and 500m from the local pub. Only 20 mins drive to the beach its a great spot for a break.

This kabin is nestled in a secluded spot on the edge of woodland, with stunning views. It offers an escape into nature, away from the hustle and bustle of life. The bedroom has a large window that frames the spectacular landscape, as well as a toasty wood burning stove. Our retro-chic design, with an open plan kitchen and en-suite bathroom, makes this a stylish getaway for couples. The outdoor tub completes the experience, allowing guests to bathe alfresco under the stars!

Quaint Cosy Cottage in East Meon with access to Pubs, Shops, Historic Church and lots of country walks and access to South Downs National Park. It has public transport to both Petersfield and Winchester. This cottage benefits from 2 bedrooms, downstairs shower room/ toilet, kitchen and lounge with wood burning stove. With a view to a stream to the front and beautiful countryside to the rear. It has off road parking, lockable storage for bikes, small paved cottage garden.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Coach House Flat in South Downs National Park.

Newly available after a break, our lovely flat has been renovated and is ready for you to enjoy and since January 2026 it also has a brand new washing machine. It is a self contained flat built above our garage in the building that used to be the old Coach House. Set in a quiet location on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it is well placed for walking, many local attractions, and the lovely town of Petersfield.

The Annexe is a light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.

Conveniently located close to the picturesque market towns of Alresford, Petersfield, Alton and historic Winchester, it is an ideal base to both explore Hampshire and kick back and relax in luxury.
