Apartment located on the first floor of the BOLONGO development, 175 square meters, with three bedrooms, all with bathrooms, two bedrooms with king-size beds and one bedroom with three single beds. It has a dining area, stove, refrigerator, wine cooler, and ice maker. There's no need to climb stairs as the apartment is at parking level. It has two parking spaces and a balcony overlooking the pool and beach.
