Ideally located on the edge of the forest, hiking trails and the ski piste in winter. It is also just next to the Brevent gondola (100m) and a 3-5 minute downhill walk into Chamonix town centre.

The residence is perfect to relax with its swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness and climbing rooms and also enjoy its lounge area (snooker, table football).
