It has a woodfire that heats up the whole place in winter as well as AC unit/ceiling fans for summer days. The kitchen/lounge floor plan opens out to huge deck via bifold doors. Located 15mins walk from front and back beach.

Private apartment 200 metres to beautiful Blairgowrie beach and 800m to Koonya Back Beach. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and coffee machine.
