Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Na prekrasnoj prostranoj terasi nalazi se garnitura za 4 osobe i dvije ležajke. Klima uređaj, posteljina, ručnici i WiFi uključeni u cijenu.
