Welcome to Cape Cod! Cute, quiet and clean. This adorable apartment is located just minutes over the Bourne bridge. This is an above-the-garage apartment at my primary home with it's own living space, separate entrance and private patio with grill. It’s a tastefully decorated, very clean and peaceful getaway ideal for a couple, small group or single person. Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

Located in the heart of historic downtown Sandwich, Upstairs on Main is the perfect place to stay for a vacation in the quaint seaside town of Sandwich. The one bedroom studio is located on the second floor of a historic building which once was the town post office. It's been newly renovated and is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, historic landmarks and a 2 minute drive to the famous boardwalk beach. The studio has a queen bed, 1 bathroom and full kitchen.

The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

Welcome to your home away from home in this cozy cottage just 200 yards from the neighborhood beach. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.

Ocean Front Cottage With A Million Dollar View

This is an ocean front cottage with a million dollar view of Cape Cod Bay. Fully furnished rustic cottage on private property. Spectacular sunrise. Enjoy watching frolicking seals. Low tide exposes tide pools and sand bars to explore. This is a very peaceful and quiet location. The beach stairs will go back down end of May. In the meantime access to the beach is through the conservation land 1/8 mile walk down the road.

Beach Cottage, without going over bridges to Cape!

This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
