Walkers can join the southwest coast path a 5 min bus journey away in Westward Ho! Perfectly located for couples enjoying a North Devon getaway.

The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

A short walk away you will find a pub chinese restaurant fish a chip shop a supermarket and a pharmacy. Close by is Fremington Quay and bike rental which sits on the famous Tarka Trail. Only a short drive away are the beaches of Westward Ho, Instow and Saunton Sands. The house boasts a private back garden with access to a personal gym, a BBQ & outside eating area.
