We have loved creating this space - with some elements which only make sense in dreams - after all... ZNMD ! It's a bit filmy (read LOTR inspired elements), a little rough around the edges (aren't we all) and perpetually a work in progress 😊 10mins from Bhimtal - two AC bedrooms with lofts, comfortable living space, kitchenette, large sit out space and the beauty of nature all around! And yes - very poor cell coverage. The sound of the stream is a constant companion and deer sometimes visit !

Sage Cottage is comfortable, prettily furnished and cosy. High wooden ceilings add lofty warmth. There's enough space to moon over the emerald green terraces, the oak forest that's a birder's paradise, or even the lush garden which has a couple of cottages quite close by. We have a caretaker to clean for you and guide you. You are welcome to prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We can arrange a cook and groceries should you desire that option. The cook charges on a daily basis.

BBC is a unique A-frame cottage just a short walk from the Bhimtal Lake. One can relax on the very large open terrace or verandah, listening to the early morning bird songs. The large estate grounds are good for small strolls with viewpoints. Additional 6 guests can be accomodated in the Annexe Nestlair at 30 mtr distance within premises, please ping for the same.
