Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

Stonehouse annexe is a self-contained extension within a 350 year old Grade 2 listed property. Potten End is situated just outside the perimeter of Ashridge Estate, with the lovely town of Berkhamsted 5 minutes' drive away. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.

Located in a quiet area of Berkhamsted within walking distance of the town centre, golf course and railway station (35 minutes to Euston). Beautiful bathroom/wet room with robes and toiletries supplied. Bread, cereals, preserves, milk, tea and coffee are supplied for breakfast. If you need quiet time in the evenings to study, unwind or just chill out you will find it here.

The Studio is equidistant between town and country, Berkhamsted Golf Club is just over 5 mins walk away, whilst the the High St with an abundance of stylish coffee shops, boutiques & restaurants a 12 min walk. The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.

Set on a working stable yard surrounded by private ancient woodland accessible to guests. Private fenced garden, however not secure on one side for a determined dog.
