A stay in our former music studio is an immersion in nature. After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

The Cabin Near Stansted Airport

Created to offer a luxurious stay, TheCabin is equipped with a Kingsize bed and luxury bathroom. In the kitchen there is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, mini air fryer oven, fridge, induction hob, pots and pans. For breakfast you have eggs, fresh milk, bread, and a variety of cereals, jams and spreads. With beautiful armchairs and a bistro table to eat, work or just sit back to enjoy the smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc. Outside there is a small private garden too.

The Barn: Gorgeous alternative to a hotel room

The Barn is a self contained annex attached to our house, The Old Bakery, but with its own private access. We also have "The Cob" and "The Bakehouse", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking our garden and field beyond, in the historic village of Thriplow. A minutes walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

The Hayloft - luxury country retreat

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Private and characterful barn conversion

Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

Pennyfathers Annex. Detached, Bright & Spacious.

Set in the grounds of a pretty, historic, thatched cottage, Pennyfathers Annex offers the perfect base to explore the surrounding Bedfordshire countryside and Barton hills with easy access to London and Cambridge and a short drive from Woburn Abbey, Wrest park and Bletchley Park. There are Pubs and Restaurants in the local villages, some just a walk away. We can even offer pre and post flight relaxation and parking for your time away, as we are a short taxi ride from Luton Airport.

Wrens Acre Countryside self-contained Garden Cabin

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. Two private parking spots

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat with Highland Cows

Welcome to your cosy corner of the Bedfordshire countryside - a peaceful rural escape, yet minutes from the M1, Milton Keynes and major transport links. You'll have Highland Cows grazing in the field right behind you and a lake with swans and ducks in view across the grounds. And if you're a dog person, expect a warm welcome from Evie, our very friendly dog. It's the kind of place where you can hear the trees rustle and birdsong drift up from the lake.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Relax at this peaceful home from home with separate double bedroom with ensuite, spacious kitchen, dining area, sofa (double sofa bed) in lounge area. Private patio with occasional seating with coffee table. 5 mins walk to Flitwick train station, 50 mins train to Central London. Lots to do in surrounding area.
