MY DELUXE APARTMENT 34TH floor, have a side seaview, kitchen+ place and equipment (except for cooking soups and fried foods), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, individual Wi-Fi, black-out curtains, folding chairs & table on the balcony, clothes dryer. Standart apartments not have this all.

До пляжа можно добраться на такси (5 лари) или на автобусах 7 и 15 (0.5 лари за 20 минут).

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the sea, and 7 minutes walk from the main park. Located in the middle of old and new Batumi. There are restaurants, fruit markets nearby. The building is not so beautiful and modernized from the outside, but the apartment has enough conditions to feel comfortable.

Апартаменты расположены в центре города, рядом с центральным парком с озером. Вокруг дома большое количество ресторанов, аптек и продуктовых магазинов. Есть свое терасса, а так же дворик. К сожалению на против нас, через дорогу, идёт строительство дома, соответственно в дневное время возможен шум.
