A Beautiful Market Town Home in the Lakes

This home is a newly renovated mid terrace cottage with a warm scandi vibe. The property is in the heart of Ulverston town just a stones throw away from pubs and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Enter the house into an open plan dining room and lounge, complimented by a lovely log burner. The kitchen then follows with access to the back of the house, which has a very small yard and cupboard that can be used for safe bike storage. Upstairs you will find two similar sized rooms with a king and double bed in the first and second room. The third room has a single bed and office space but is big enough for an additional cot/travel cot and the spacious bathroom is located at the end of the landing. The house will allow for one lovely four legged friend as long as they’re well behaved. Contact me for further requests. A range of treats for both humans and pooches will be presented to you on arrival at the house to help you enjoy your stay that little bit more. Please note that restaurants and pubs will get booked up quickly, so to avoid disappointed make sure you book in advance. Parking is either on street for 1 hour to unload the car and then there are a number of local secure car parks for as little as £1 for 24 hours (Stockbridge Lane Car Park) which is only a few minutes walk from the house.

Railway Retreat - Cosy 2 bed

Enjoy our holiday cottage on the edge of the Lake District. Many lakes, fells and beaches are easily drivable. Birkrigg common isn’t far and gives lovely views. The Railway Inn pub is a 5-min walk away & serves food some evenings There are buses to both Barrow & Ulverston and beyond at the end of the road. Ulverston is famous for its festivals which attract lots of tourists. Barrow is only a 10-minute drive away for shops or if you want to go a little further Walney nature reserves are lovely.

With its coastal location, just a 20 minute drive to the Lakes, this cosy home is perfect for those wanting to explore the Lake District, get some sea air and enjoy a charming rural getaway. Our light modern 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor of our impressive building in the centre of Millom with stunning views to the Dudfon Estuary and beyond. Excellent location with pubs, restaurants and public transport all within 100 metre walk. Hodbarrow nature reserve and some fabulous beaches are all within a 25minute walk.
