We are located in the heart of the valley, within minutes of the towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, and Solvang and only 10 minutes to Buellton. The close proximity to local first class wineries and restaurants, stunning ranches, peaceful hiking trails and endless miles of bike riding is one of the huge benefits of our location.

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

We are centrally located in downtown Ballard. Walk or bike to Lincourt, Rideau, Buttonwood, and more. The town of Los Olivos is approx. 2 miles away, a nice, easy bike ride or a short drive. Take a moment to view our posted guidebook for several local dining options, and Bob's Well Bread is within walking distance for breakfast or lunch (open Thurs thru Monday). And of course, we're happy to make recommendations for dining options upon request.

Our two-bedroom, two-bath cottage has our CCOF certified organic Syrah vines as a backyard and its own private bocce ball court. Enjoy the setting of our vineyard right out the french doors or from the upstairs deck. A short stroll or ride on our complimentary bikes will take you to the heart of the historic charming town of Los Olivos.
