Our cozy island cottage is just steps away from the ferry dock. Take a quick ride over to the Balboa Fun Zone, balboa pier, and miles of sandy beaches. Or take a casual stroll around the bay front to enjoy the shops and restaurants on Marine Ave, Balboa Island. There is a local store, coffee shops and restaurant only a block away. The cottage has a front and back yard patio for outdoor dining or a little R&R. The front yard has a gas fire pit, bbq grill, giant jenga, and outdoor dining area.

Beachfront Oasis

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
