WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

This jewel is just steps from the Ocean, in the heart of Buxton. A Private one Bedroom suite, attached to our family home. A private entry and porch, overlooks visiting deer & wildlife. Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 1- Oct 15) & hot tub. If a 1 or 2 night opening is left between bookings, send an "inquiry" & I will open those days for a booking!

OBX Tree House (Avon, NC)

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for kiteboarders, paddle boarders, wind surfers, or anyone who wants to witness the beautiful Hatteras Island sunsets!

The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Walk to the Atlantic Ocean for sunrise and the Pamlico Sound for sunset! Enjoy star gazing on your private deck!

the Surf Bug: a new-fashioned one-bedroom bungalow

Fall is finally here and it's time for cozy:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

CABANA - HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE

Situated in Hatteras Village, our cabana #33 is a free-standing studio, pet friendly condo just steps away from the beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.
