Arts & Athletics is a functioning art gallery making works by local and regional artists accessible to anyone who stays in this brand new addition to a mid-century modern ranch home. The name comes from the base of the statue of Athena in downtown Athens. The decor references the goddess and her attributes with an updated Southern take on old-school European charm. A short walk to Normaltown bars & restaurants or downtown, on the border between the historic Cobbham and Normaltown neighborhoods.

Terrace Level Garden Apartment is situated on 2 peaceful, private acres on the Middle Oconee River and is ideal for nature lovers. Zen Den features private entrance windows giving a nature view; a large bedroom w/ King tempur-pedic and workspace (wifi); an open spacious living area including flat screen Smart TV and cable, a Queen pillowtop bed (w/ privacy curtains); a full bathroom w/ walk-in shower; a fully stocked and functional kitchen; trails throughout the property and full river access.

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Walking distance to downtown Watkinsville (1 mile). Great location for Georgia football weekends. A paved path leads to finished daylight basement with private access. Daylight Basement Apartment (900 sq. ft.) has a full bathroom, bedroom, living room and bar. Wi-Fi, Darts, 2 smart TV's, small Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig, Toaster Oven, and a Ice Machine. Towels and linens are provided. Backyard trail leads to Harris Shoals park. Take a hike on the trail to the beautiful shoals.

Horror Movie Hideout - Walk to Downtown!

A fun horror film themed private suite located in the Newtown neighborhood, within walking distance to downtown / bars and restaurants. Complete with photo worthy hearse available for pictures, this is a perfect spot for October or year round horror fans! It's a small place, but very cozy! DISCLAIMER: there is a lot of HORROR MOVIE imagery here. It is not suitable for young kids or adults who can’t handle horror imagery (I can’t believe I have to write this😹)

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t had any issues with noise, check out our reviews!

East Side Athens, near UGA (stadium), sleeps 5

Calm space. Second & third floor garage studio/loft on East side of Athens. Separate building from main house with private entrance. Queen size bed with mini kitchen and full bath. 3nd floor loft in studio includes full size bed and twin. Near everything UGA; Sanford Stadium, less than 5 miles.
