Το GiSt Villa προσφέρει 2 υπνοδωμάτια το ένα με υδρομασάζ , ένα σαλόνι με παραδοσιακό σεφά (παραδοσιακό κρεβάτι) και 1 καναπέ κρεβάτι, κουζίνα με ψυγείο και φούρνο, πλυντήριο ρούχων, 1 μπάνιο καθώς και 1 εξωτερικό ντουζ και εξωτερικό μπάρμπεκιου (BBQ) με δωρεάν προϊόντα μπάνιου και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών. Astypalean home with a view

The studio includes one space with a small kitchen, a living space and a bedroom isolated only with a few wooden stairs and a curtain from the rest of the house. There is also a bathroom and an internal staircase from the entrance to the main space. It also has a beautiful terrace with unlimited view to the sea and the rest of the island where you can sit and enjoy you coffee or wine undisturbed. The house is very centraly located at the foot of the castle hill of the Chora.

The House of Simos 2

(THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE "HOUSE OF SIMOS 1") This is a vaction home of an Athenian/Milanese family that has been in love with Astypalaia for 40 years. It was bought and renovated for the first time in 1978 and ever since it has been the home of our summer vacations, of festivities and celebrations, huge dinners at the terrace, wine-tasting sessions, late night talks, stargazing - you name it. We have lived, we have laughed, we have loved here.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό κάτω από το κάστρο. Είναι λιθόκτιστο, ψηλοτάβανο με ξύλινο ταβάνι. Διαθέτει δυο υπνοδωματια και δυο μπανια ,εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και υπάρχει πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα του σπιτιού (ωραία θέα). Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα καθώς και τα στρώματα είναι της επώνυμης εταιρείας Coco Mat. Η θέση του είναι 300 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του νησιού. Καλή διαμονή!

Bianco Studio

Άνετο στούντιο με εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μπάνιο και ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια ή δύο φίλους που θέλουν να περάσουν τις διακοπές τους στη μαγευτική Αστυπάλαια. Απέχει μόλις 300m από την Χώρα και 10' με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι. Τέλος, σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν σουπερ μαρκετ, τράπεζες, φαρμακείο, καφετέριες και φούρνος.
