Άνετο στούντιο με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μπάνιο και ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια ή δύο φίλους που θέλουν να περάσουν τις διακοπές τους στη μαγευτική Αστυπάλαια. Απέχει μόλις 300m από την Χώρα και 10' με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι. Τέλος, σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν σουπερ μαρκετ, τράπεζες, φαρμακείο, καφετέριες και φούρνος.

The house has its own patio as well as a rooftop balcony with a view at the Venetian castle and the Aegean sea. Our house is ideal for families or groups up to four people

Centrally located in the heart of Astypalaia, 'Katoi' is a minute's walk from the island's main square and the scenic windmills. Due to its convenient location it offers quick and easy access to restaurants, cafes, shopping and popular nightlife. 'Pera gialos' the central pebble beach of the town is less than 5' walk away as well.

Traditional studio with the double bed located above the bathroom. Flat screen tv, cooker, fridge, fully equipped kitchen airconditioning, hairdryer,iron and ironing board( on demand). Single bed located below. Veranda just outside. 2-3 minutes away from cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, bus stop, castle.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs while upstairs is the bedroom and the balcony with magnificent view to the Aegean sea.
