Dungeness - The Cove on the Beach

The Cove at Dungeness Beach has beautiful uninterrupted views of the English channel & the White cliffs of Dover. Walk out of the house onto the Beach, down to the waters edge. Close to many interesting places such as the RHDR steam railway, which you can see from the rear of the property, you are able to walk to the RNLI Dungeness lifeboat station & to the lighthouse. There is both an indoor and outdoor facilities for BBQs & alfersco dinning & within walking distance to the famous pilot pub.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. Old Piggery Orlestone cute country conversion

If you're searching for a quintessential English country cottage then The Old Piggery is perfect. A warm and inviting bijou space, the property sleeps two but still feels roomy with a mix of rustic, modern and mid century furniture. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
