Ca' San Piero Biennale, your home in real Venice.

Venezia è suddivisa in 6 Sestieri (quartieri) e Castello, è il più popoloso e vitale. Servito dai mezzi pubblici, ricco di eventi ed esposizioni, della Biennale e dalla vitale Via Garibaldi. La rete wifi ftth offre una veloce connessione. La Chiesa di San Pietro è maestosa. Nel sestiere troverete negozi di alimentari, pasticcerie, panifici, i tipici bacàri veneziani, i famosi Giardini napoleonici e l'ampia area verde di Sant'Elena. A 10 min. di vaporetto si raggiunge il Lido con le sue spiagge.

Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
