It is a 1907 bungalow that has been completely remodeled but maintains the historical charm. When you walk through the door you are walking into the splendor of an era gone by. This charming house is within walking distance to Salina Community Theater, Stiefel Theater, many restaurants, grocery store and many other downtown shops. We are 1 block off of Wilbarger St (business 287). We are walking distance to 2 restaurants and a snow cone stand. Our place is pet friendly and has a wonderful backyard for your fur baby to enjoy. Lots of squirrels to keep them entertained too. We are approximately 50 minutes from Wichita Falls, TX & 35 minutes to Altus, OK.
