Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

Heatherdown is the perfect beach house, overlooking Croyde Bay and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Set in 6 acres of private land and positioned on the headland, there are two properties, Heatherdown House and Heatherdown Chalet, which can be let separately or together.
