This is a very sunny house throughout the year with over 400 square metres of manicured lawn and, has parking for four cars.

Enjoy peace and quiet with the trimmings of home here at Beauty on Bond Street. Elegantly designed, this is a family friendly accommodation, with a deck where the kids can play. With 2 bathrooms, separate sleeping and living areas, this will fast become your home away from home. 3min drive or 15min walk to nearby shops. There is one dedicated parking spot just in front of the property (down a shared driveway) for guests' use only. Additional vehicles will need to be parked by the roadside.

We have the perfect spot for resting on your way to or from Wellington. You will stay amongst the fruit trees. The birdlife is great. Our tiny home is on our section 20mtrs from our house. You have your own separate entrance & parking space. we are 5 min north of Otaki, 10 min from Levin & Waikawa Beach . The Manakau Market & The Greenery garden centre are close. We are a family of five and especially in summer we spend a lot of time outside so expect the normal sounds of family life.
