First floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style with roof garden, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia, for 4-7 guests. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

Located a few minutes walking distance from the port and the main square of Antiparos town, in a quiet area with stunning panoramic views of the nearby islands. Η βίλα είναι μεσα στην χώρα της Αντιπαρου. Μπορείτε να κάνετε τα πάντα με τα πόδια. Αποτελείτε από 3 συν ένα μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο και 3 μπάνια. Τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια είναι μάστερ, έχουν το μπάνιο μεσα. Αποτελείτε από πλήρης εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα τραπεζαρία και σαλόνι. Επίσης έχει εξωτερική τραπεζαρία ξαπλώστρες και γωνιακό καναπέ. Η πισίνα έχει καταρράκτη και μικρό πισινακι.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο.Το σπιτι είναι 17 τμ.αλλα έχει όλες τις ανέσεις για ευχάριστη διαμονή δύο ατομων.Η θέα είναι υπέροχη !Yπαρχει εξωτερικη μινι πισινα 4 τ.μ.Δεν υπάρχει χώρος για παιδικό κρεβατάκι ούτε ανέσεις για φιλοξενία ενός παιδιού( η βρέφους).Είναι αποκλειστικά για 2 ενήλικες
