Σε κάθε χώρο υπάρχει κλιματισμός,παρέχεται δωρεάν wifi.Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ η το ποτό τους στο μπαλκόνι με θεά την θάλασσα και το λιμάνι.

Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.
