Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Casetta RosaClara è un ex fienile all' interno della corte del Casale del Gelso (antico casale di fine 800) situato nella campagna marchigiana. Indipendente, è formata da due mini appartamenti di circa 40mq ciascuno e comunicanti. Molto luminosa e panoramica, dispone di una terrazza/solarium e di un piacevole e bellissimo spazio, comune ai due ambienti, dove poterti rilassare e rinfrescare. Appena ristrutturata dispone di tutte le comodità armonizzando la tradizione con le moderne esigenze.

A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.
