The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. Eιναι μια μαιζονετα πάνω στο κεντρικό δρόμο που κατεβαίνει στην παραλία. Βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο και ασφαλες μέρος που απέχει 2' από την παραλία με αυτοκίνητο και 15' με τα ποδια. Είναι ιδανικό για χαλαρωση αλλά εύκολα και γρήγορα προσβάσιμο στην κίνηση της παραλίας. Επίσης βρίσκεται κοντά σε άλλους τουριστικούς προορισμους Είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 7-8 άτομα. Αν ζητήσει ο πελάτης κούνια η καρεκλάκι μωρού είναι εφικτό.

Ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood at the centre of Arachova, only 100m away from the shops and restaurants. Fully equipped to make your stay worth and comfortable. The stone front-yard is ideal to have your morning coffee under the cedar tree, before you set off to experience Arachova and Mt Parnassos.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
